Private Pension System (BES) is a closed fund system that offers long-term savings with the advantage of 30% state contribution and 5% withholding tax. To benefit from full benefits, 10 years of stay in the system and 56 years of age are required. While it functions as a great piggy bank for those who do not have the discipline to save, it provides the opportunity to obtain maximum state contribution with strategies such as the "46 Years Old Combo". However, it is not suitable for short-term investments and requires active fund monitoring.
