What is Giderr?
Giderr is a personal finance management app that helps you track income and expenses. You can categorize transactions, create budgets, track debts, and generate detailed reports. Completely free, ad-free, and secure.
Is Giderr free?
Yes, Giderr is completely free. No credit card or payment required. No ads. All basic features are available for free.
Is my data secure?
All your data is stored encrypted on Google Firebase infrastructure. Authentication is handled through Firebase Authentication. Firebase uses industry-standard security measures.
What languages do you support?
Giderr currently supports Turkish and English.
Account
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account from the My Account page in the panel. This action is irreversible and all your data will be permanently deleted.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
Click the 'Forgot Password' link on the login page to receive a password reset link via email.
Transactions
How do I add transactions?
After logging in, go to the Transactions page and click 'New Transaction'. Fill in the type, amount, category, account, date and description to save.
Budget
How does budget tracking work?
On the Budget page, you can set monthly budget limits for each category. Track your spending with progress bars and see when you exceed limits.
Reports
What reports are available?
The Reports page shows period-based income/expense comparisons, category-based distribution charts, cash flow tables, and more.
Support
How do I create a support ticket?
After logging in, go to the Support Tickets page to create a new ticket.
